Hi i want to buy contact lenses so please suggest me which power is good for me as my both eyes power is -3. as i consult some says -2.75 and some says -3. please help suggest brand also

The number of contact lenses depend upon the base curve. And are usually lesser than specs numbers. It will be better if you have a trial before buying it. May consult an ophthalmologist nearby.
