Contact lens usage

Hello, I want to know which contact lens should be used by me - I am having pretty high cylindrical number -7.5 and -8 respectively. I have been using the spectacles but want to shift to contact lenses. Could you advice me if I should be using daily disposable or biweekly or monthly or yearly contact lenses. Thanks.

hey, usually contact lenses are not suggested in cylindrical power so confirm it , its better to use disposal lense,weekly lenses , yearly lenses are least suggested since you have to maintain them cleanly,
