My father, age 62 is suffering from Diabetes and BP. For Diabetes, he is taking Insulin(Lupisiline 50). Now he is facing swelling in right foot. Low appetite and eye sight problem. Please suggest.

Get his HBA1C, Fbs and Ppbs , ser. Creat, urea,Thyroid profile, Fundoscopy done by Ophthalmologist. These tests rule out Nephropathy , retinopathy and his present diabetic status. After getting all the test results consult me on phone.
