Hi, I have medium level constipition and little pain after freshen up in morning in stomach. Seems like my digestion is also not good as i am feeling full after eating less food. Some time stomach is also tight. Please re ommend some medicine. Thankz

Your history suggests constipation with ? Piles or fissure. Avoid CONSTIPATION. High fibre food. Salads green vegetables fruits etc. Plant based diet.
