Hi My 3 years old son suffering with constipation and didn't pass motion for the last 3 days. He had some little fever for the last 3 days and we are giving P250 syrup and now fever reduced and normal now but didn't pass motion for the last 3 days, can you kindly suggest a syrup for constipation.. Thanks
