Constipation post delivery

I delivered a month ago. From past 2 weeks I am having severe constipation along with bleeding, post which there is burning and the whole area feels sore.i can feel skin protruding out of my anal region.i am drinking almost 4 ltrs of water daily, high fibre diet with leafy veggies and oats everyday, fruits. Inspite of that the start of the stool is always painful and then it gets soft and easy to pass. Please suggest how to get rid of this
