I have a very hard stool in the beginning and sometime times bleeding with it. Not sure why its happening.

Do you have pain while passing motion? If you have pain then it's fissure.. If you don't have pain then it's piles.get yourself checked by a surgeon.it's a treatable condition. So don't panic
