Hi,
During pregnancy testThyroid (TSH -45) was identified, so taking medicine(150 mg) every day morning from last 1 week, and I have 9 weeks of pregnancy now.
I don't have constipation problem earlier,Not sure May be now because of Thyroid medicine, I didn't poop from last 5 days and I am getting little pain on stomach. Can anyone suggest is it good to take syrup/medicine for constipation (worrying because it may effect baby). It will be great help if suggests Syrup or specific food to get rid of the problem naturally. ( I wanted to avoid medicine as much as possible)

Laxatives or MEDICINES for constipation are usually very safe in pregnancy and can be taken as long as needed.
On the contrary CONSTIPATION will affect your health and appetite Which will affect the pregnancy.
