My baby is 3 months old and on only breastfeed, she is constipated since last 2 days, please advice do i need to give her some medicine?

Breastfeeding babies may pass stool after 4-5 days also & if no abdominal distension n baby is comfortable nothing to worry. Frequently breastfeed ur baby.
