My 2.5 year child is chronic constipated for last 1 year. And his height is 92 cm and weight is 12.5 kg only. Looks very weak. Only height is increasing not weight. No improvement in last one year. 11.5-12.5  kg range is fixed from last one year. Actually he passes stools 4 times a week. He takes minimum 15 minutes up to 30 minutes to pass stool . He keep running and sitting runs on toes. Becomes very trouble and sudden 1 blast and over. Long hard stick about 8-10 cm. That's it and he feels happy . So we started Eva Q syrup adviced by doctor. I am giving him 5 ml twice and now doctor said to give 5 ml morning 10 ml night . So giving accordingly . Still he doesn't pass stool in calm manner. He runs and sit and run. And pass stool. Stool consistency is now not such hard but not so soft. So what should I do now. Its 15 days crossed. No change in habbit while passing stools. Now what to do

There is an entity known as Behavioural constipation which is most common in children at the toilet training age group, your history perfectly fits into that which would require a proper disimpaction f/B maintenance regmen with effective toilet training. I would rather advice a consultation May be free if u need but a serious thought to be required
Next Steps
Feel free to consult
