My 11months old baby is constipated always...very rarely she poops normal soft poop...while pooping she cries sometimes when its way to hard...and somedays she she doesn't poop at all.tried muout powder it works but how long can I give that??...since the entire tin got finished even though I tapered it...tried oats porridge banana nothing works...one of her doctor prescribed recently folic with b12 syrup and multivitamin syrup when went for regular checkup...does that worsen constipation...what food to give in this???
