I'm 8 weeks pregnant,I'm suffering from constipation since one week.i have urge to go for toilet.but not passing stool.my dr given lactulose .but no use.kindly suggest me some laxatives which are safe in pregnancy.it is safe to take kayam churan in pregnancy.?
