I have adopted a healthy lifestyle. Since past few months I'm suffering from Constipation. Initially it started with less frequent bowels, but now it's chronic.
Start high fibres in diet.
Avoid sedentary lifestyle.
Take walk for 20 min daily.
Syp looz 20-30ml daily at night, adjust dose according to consistancy of stool.
