I have a promblem at the anus opening there is a fine skin tag which irritates during bowel movement. Doctor has prescribed me to take Osil, pilon and lysoflam medicines. Are they all safe? How long will it take to cure this problem?

Hi dear, it seems you have developed fissure in ano. ( a cut in anal canal due to passage of hard stool. ) apply diltigesic ointment 2% three tines a day after passing stool. Take Dabur nature care isabgol 2 teaspoon in on be glad of Luke warm water after dinner daily for 15 days.
