Hi, it looks like hemorrhoids(piles). It is due dilatation or enlargement of blood vessels. Take soft diet, drink 3-4 liters of water per day, avoid spicy food outside food, junk foods, etc take fiber rich diet like green leafy vegetables, fruits, etc. If clots are passing in stools you may need colonoscopy. Consult general surgeon for furthur evaluation and treatment.
