Avoid spicy food, Avoid alcohol and smoking if you are addicted to both. Consult a surgeon for haemorrhoids Try to continue the syrup duphalac for next 1 month once daily at night ( 2tsf) Get a paid consultation for further advice

Hi it could be an anal fissure due to the constipation. Get a general surgeon consult. Warm sitz bath twice a day with a drop of savlon.

Seems to be a fissure due to the passage of hard stool (as you had constipation earlier). See a surgeon for relief of symptoms.
