I had a hernia opration before 5 months and after that i started constipated i had tried too much of diffrent medicins , laxatives(all types), stool softners and i had also did colonscopy but still i am constipated and my body totly depending on laxatives. M taking very good diet as m drinkig a lot of water,juices and fiber rich food but still i am facing this problem .
