My kid is 4.5 year old with weight 12 kg. He is been suffering from constipation badly. He is passing stool once in 5-6:days and almost every 5th day it starts vomitting and then next day he faces full day like going to loo, but couldn't make it till next day and he sweat too much while passing stool which is hard .. but touch wood, no blood. Could you please suggest any normal powder with no side effect to ease this problem. Regards Her mom

Don't take medications without prescription. He needs evaluation. Initially may be ultrasound of abdomen and pelvis followed by colonoscopy. Consult a good gastro surgeon.
