Is it long term on and off issue for your child?? How about daily diet she is taking??
Next Steps
give plenty of water. give fruits and vegetables along with honey. You might need to give laxatives as pain during defecation causes bad experience and thus child tries to avoid it for future and this goes on and on and becomes vicious cycle.

Honey is good natural laxative ,try giving 1-2 spoon at night Apart from that high fibre diet like green vegetables and fruits to be added . Also since the child is more than 2 years, toilet traing can be tried  and help the child in evacuating bowel in morning . Lastly medicine like PEG (MU out or Pegclear ) can be given if problem persists .

I would like to know if she had any prior illness prior before the onset of constipation? Would like to know her routine diet? Would like to know whether she sits on the potty seat to pass stool or she passes standing?
Next Steps
Encourage green leafy vegetables and plenty of water. Make her sit on the potty seat to pass stools. Motivate her and support her by spending sometime while passing stool, this might reduce her fear and she won’t withhold the stools.
Health Tips
Reduce milk and biscuits.
