Constipation, Anal Fissure, SRUS
I've been diagnosed with anal fissure and SRUS with the underlying cause being straining to pass motion due to constipation. I wanted to know if it is safe to take Panchakarma with my condition? Especially Virechana and Basti. Are these safe to take? I'm already on ayurvedic medications but will doing Panchakarma provide any additional relief for my condition?

Instead of virechan, I would like to suggest you basti treatment of panchkarm.
Before going to start basti, take some ayurvedic medicine for digestion regulations.
Deit regime must be follow.
