I have constantly high sugar. .last 5days. .pp level 130 and after brkfast it's 300. ..thatswhy I feel gastic problem and wametng sensetion

Hello....... You should be put on insulin therapy given in titrated dose..  300 is very  high.. It could lead to ketoacidosis, Consult general physician in nearest hospital..  Avoid having fruit or any sugary foods..  Fisrt your blood glucose level should come under control .. You can control gastritis later..
