Whenever I am having periods I prefer to take meftal spas medicines, after taking these medicines I started vomiting n can't even drink or eat anything it's happening almost on my every period'sbut after almost a day it's stops paining, why is it so??

Take tab drotin-ds for pain and tab emset (4mg) for vomiting
