I had sex with my partner 4days ago and now I'm suffering from cramps vaginal itching and some dizziness to what causes these. Please help me

You probably hv acquired some vaginal infection. Get yourself examined by a gynaecologist near you for examination and further management Both you and your partner will hv to take treatment otherwise it ll recurr.
