Constant urge to pee

I've a constant urge to pee even when i've emptied my bladder just then. Also when i pee a little blood or some blood tissues pass with urine. It takes a lot of pressure to pass on the urine. Please suggest some remedy. Its been 3-4 days since i'm experiencing this problem.
