Constant urge of defecating and stomach

I have been having stomach problem since 7 days.i am unable to understand what is happening.for more time I feel like my intestine is full and there is pain in stomach and urge to defecate and also farting.but when I go to toilet and sit, there's nothing rather than farting. I also feel that I defecating in less amount and improperly.please suggest me something earlier . Thanking you in anticipation
