Constant tooth pain due to enamel loss

I am having continuous tooth pain due to enamel loss. I am using aceclosenac for the past 2 days but not getting relief. This problem has been persisting on & off for almost one year. Tried flossing & medicated toothpastes & gels but no relief. Dentist suggested root canal treatment. Is this the only option? Are there are any alternatives in Homeo medicine?

Tooth pain and homeopathy.... I have no idea... May be they prescribe medicines for pain... But they don't treat the cause. I guess this is dentist forum where we talk about dental problems and give patients best possible treatment suggestions. Coming to your tooth problem, you have not mentioned about which tooth... You also said that your dentist suggested for RCT. Trust him and get RCT done followed by crown. You will get permanent solution.
