This problem has been going on for about 3 years now, but only recently has the pain been getting more intense. Using the restroom seems to make it flare up. The most intense pain is in my gut beneath my bellybutton.

Hello well having to examine you for the pain you are mentioning.... it looks like you are suffering from some sort of  infection as you are having pain below your belly button..I would suggest you to meet a general surgeon and get examined.. Make sure that you drink water properly...Thank you
