Constant running nose.
For almost two months, i have these symptoms. Whenever I have anything cold be it water or icecream or anything. The next morning I have running nose and constant sneezing. Sneezing comes and goes but running nose stays. I feel it's sinusitis but the sinuses portion doesn't pain much. I know I can avoid cold items and be good, but I would want to know the actual cause of it. I usually take levocetirizine and I am okay next. Please also suggest if this is something I should consult to ENT or Genral Physician.

You probably have Vasomotor rhinitis. It is a form of non allergic rhinitis which triggers similar symptoms on exposure to certain factors- strong odours, fumes, changes in temperature, etc. In your case it’s lower temperatures.
You will have to start a Nasal Spray to keep your symptoms at bare minimum. Start Azeflo (Azelastine and Fluticasone)Nasal Spray. 2 puffs once daily for 20 days then reduce it to 1 puff once a day for next 20 days. The nasal spray should be taken with your head leaning forward and spray 2 puffs in each nostril.
Sprays have very minimal micro doses of the drug and therefore are safe for long term use. In case of very acute symptoms you may add a tablet of levocetirizine for 2-3 days. However do not take it for longer durations.
