The problems you have described seem to be her having drug induced Parkinsonism due to side effect of psychiatry medications and also keeping in mind her age, medical reasons cannot be ruled out and its urgent that you consult a psychiatrist is person and get her medicines changed

Since how long it is happening? It could be a side effect of medication, due to weakness or as suggested by Parkinson's. It is suggested that you first get a complete medical checkup of your mother and if reports are normal consult your Psychiatrist.
