Constant periods

I have been suffering from constant periods. I have got ultrasound of pelvis and hormonal tests also. According to the reports, everything is well except hb level 8.2. Before I get period, I feel pain in my back and thigh. My period cycle is 10th of every month but still I get period any day of a month. I am 33 year old unmarried female.

You need a gynaecological examination to see for any cervical lesion which might not be visible on ultrasound
