I’ve had the almost constant urge to urinate for two weeks and whenever I do urinate it is painful and I️ still feel the need to urinate. Along with this there is blood in my urine and brown stringy vaginal discharge. I’ve also been quite tired and haven’t had much of an appetite for around the same time.
