I have constant pain in while urination and high fever sometime and in sonography it was writter enlarge prostate and small cortical cyst left kidney.

Get further evaluation done by urine examination routine and microscopic along with the culture and sensitivity test.uroflowmetry,serum PSA & per rectal examination along with physical clinical examination done by a urologist
