Heavy Swelling in knee very less movement possibility and severe pain in legs several check ups has been done and some doctors say it's arthritis but it's not sure so plzguide me

Do X-ray knee. Do investigation- CBC, RA factor, ANA, AntiDs DNA, Uric acid and ASO titre.
