Get urine examination routine and microscopic done to detect infection and get it appropriately treated.get a functional study like IVP or CT Urography to detect damage in renal function and try to get early decompression to decrease it.only symptomatic treatment may not be sufficient.consult a urologist for physical clinical examination as well
