I've been having bad headaches, dizziness and Extreme tiredness... It has all came from the pain I have been having in my pelvis, I've been having Really bad pain up inside my vaginal area... Which has been causing me to feel sick, tingles in my arms in legs and shakey, meaning the pain is travelling in my stomach and under my ribs... I am not pregnant so it cannot be that
