My son , age 1yr 3months, has continuously overflow mouthserum(লালা) all the time.....we visit various doctor for this problem....but no medicine has enough get to rid this problem permanetly. Plz give advise either this problem is natural....or some serious medication is necessary?? Plz reply sir....
