It looks like you are having acidity. Take your diet on time. Avoid spicy, junk and Street food. Drink at least 10 glasses of water every day. Eat more vegetables. Avoid nonveg as far as possible. Most important is to exercise. 45 min of brisk walking 5 times a week at least. More you sweat, more the benefits.
