I can't stop biting my nails, i've bit them for ever since I can remember, and i'm 18 now. I've heard it causes health problems, and I try so hard to stop but do not know how to and can not keep up with breaking the bad habit. my nails are so short, and my skin peels and bleeds around the nail!
