My 3 month old baby has sugar 1%in stool test.she has passingwatery stool in every nappy .what should I do . according to pediatrician she not digested mother milk properly .what should I do . should I gave lactose free milk or nan pro ... sometime at present she taken only breast milk

No,stick to breastfeeds ONLY. Give feeds at regular gaps of atleast 3 hours,maintain hygiene,add Enterogermina vial half vial twice a day for 5 days. She'll be fine.
