I have been having irritable pains in my lower abdomen for the past 2-3 weeks, it's a constant pain and sharp stabbing pains can occur quite frequently. I release lots of gas and I feel sick a lot, I was sick last week and I had a severe fever. I feel fatigue most of the time and I always become bloated after eating, even after something small. Wha
