A constant lower abdomen and back pain with vaginal bleeding continuing from 1week ... and after having an usg the report shows its a case of free fluid in pouch of douglas. Is it any abnormal and dangerous case? How it will be treated? I am too much worried about this. Please share your opinion.

Urine pregnancy test? Looks like menorrhagia if pregnancy test is negative..consider t.tranexemic acid and consult gynecologist.
