I dilivered a baby 9 months back. Its been 2 weeks my leg is paining a lot mostly my heels. The pain is unbearable nw. I m not using any high heels. It pains very badly in the morning once i get up. Pls help me out.

It could be due to heel soft tissue infalmation....use soft foot wear and ultrasound therapy u need.

This pain is due to inflammation of the plantar fascia, You need specific medicines for this and some exercises and footwear changes
