I'm a 26 year old female. I started working out almost 3 weeks ago. It had been intense but doable. After 2 weeks, I felt pain under my knee cap. Now, at almost 3 weeks, I have constant pain under both knee caps. My trainer said it's because i just started and to ignore it and it'll go away. Will it? I'm afraid of seriously injuring myself.
Knee pain started 3 days back without any injury. And it feels like some friction in right knee joint.
