I am having cracks on the penis for past few days , tried using Vaseline but it didn't helped. Under the skin there isa white color discharge which keeps on appearing. I was having a course of antibiotics after which it has happened.

Hi it's better u visit any dermatologist and show him the rashes he might help u better for these things .
