Iam having constant headache form last 4-5 days. there is a pain ion my full head including the back of headand nerves of the neck. Can you plz help me out with my problem asap.. iam a working lady and unable to concentrate on my work due to this

You seem to have suffered from neck pain more which is causing secondary headache. Take soft cervical collar, gabapentin and get MRI cervical spine done with screening of brain. Pl consult neurosurgeon before taking medicines
