Usually have headaches in the evenings. Ran a test today and it showed S.Typho 1:8 H 1:80 S.Paratyphia A-O L20 H L20 S.Paratypi B.O 1:320 H L20 S.paratyphi C-O L20 7H L20 Please analyse the result and what is wrong with me?

The test you have done is for typhoid fever which may or may otherwise have any connection to your headaches. There could be many reasons for a headache. Consult a physician for correct diagnosis and treatment.
