Constant headache swelling in righteye

I've been suffering from headache from nearly a month. It increased to heaviness in head. My spinal and shoulder started to pain due to heaviness. From 4 days my right eye swollen without any particular reason.. I feel dizziness weak and faintly. Please help me with what kind of symptoms I am going through. Thank you
