I’ve had constant headaches for a few months now but recently there getting to become more daily and painful. I have sever neck pain that started with on Wednesday and my headache or neck pain hasn’t gone away. I’ve tried cold and hot compression, relaxing, massage, everything I can think of but nothing helps. Even over counter medicine doesn’t help. What should I do?? Seek medical attention? The pain is so so bad.
