I have had a headache for nearly a year now day in and out. Tension, tightness, stabbing pain - at temple, right eyebrow, low head-, tiredness, heavy head, stiff neck, tight jaw,pain behind right eye. Get out of breath easy. It drives me insane. I often pull at my hair, clentch my teeth together, cry, put ice on my head.

Consult Now
Get a Brain scan done. Consult a Neuro Specialist. Could be nothing more than a simple tension headache or Migraine. But an evaluation rules out other things. Moreover, medicines can be prescribed more confidently.
