Constant headache

I have been having headache from long time and I feel like something is there inside my head because of that I am having too much weakness. My head gets very tight and I have to do some kind of movement to lighten my head. My vision is also getting blur and it takes lot of strain to speak also. My energy is totally down because of this. Kindly help me to provide suggestion as to what it is. I feel like I need to do MRI scan to detect the same.
